Sprawling tis. The cover says "it can be compared with The Godfather". Yeah, compared to that, it's a masterpiece you mean. Following the lives of four street kids til old age isn't owt new. It's that way you tell it. And how. Unlike other attempts by foreign directors adrift in Hypocritewood, this is his baby to the core. Operatic in the true sense of the word. Must get the BD (surely that's in one piece??  )
