Default Beyond the Living Dead

...or whatever else it's called. Paul Naschy appears in a minor role, and the zombies are quite creepy.

Hey Francos Zoom - what a cool name! Interesting suggestion but I'm trying to remember if any Naschy title has sold any decent numbers in the UK...

Just working my way through the marvellous BCI Paul Naschy box set and it's only just occured to me how few Naschy titles are out on DVD (in USA and UK at least). Any chance Shameless would consider a few Naschy titles this year?

My suggestions are;

Werewolf And The Yeti (of course)
The Hunchback Of The Morgue
A Dragonfly For Each Corpse
7 Murders For Scotland Yard
Assignment Terror
Nights Of The Werewolf
Beyond The Living Dead
Fury Of The Wolfman
Devil's Possessed
Inquisicion
Buenas Noches Senor Monstruo
Tomb Of The Werewolf
The Moonlight Murders
The Beast And The Magic Sword

and any others I might have missed. Any chance?

The Naschy titles have been considered but I seriously wonder how well they would sell - I don't think (to my knowledge) that Anchor Bay had much success selling them here before.

That's not good. Well as Vincenzo said before, I think Werewolf And The Yeti would be a good seller because it was a video nasty. I mean how much does the Pre-Cert go for? Quite a pretty penny I think. Why not release that and decide on further Naschy titles on the strength of that film's success? to be honest I'd have thought it was all about raising awareness. Now to me and other lifelong horror fans Paul Naschy/Jacinto Molina is a household name, but I somehow doubt that Josephine Public would have a clue who he is. His films were good variants to Hammer films of the time and they sell well.

Come on Almar, give us some Hombre Lobo, you know you want to .
