Bruno -- don't forget that Dark Sky is releasing HORROR HOSPITAL and BONNIE'S KIDS in the coming days! They certainly have slowed down releasing older, GOOD movies unfortunately. They even have decided not to release JACK THE RIPPER which they'd been planning for a couple of years! I hope they'll return with some good older releases once the stupid economy picks up... But I don't think I can hold my breath for that.

Ah yes, but those will be the last "old movie releases" according to what I've read.
Of course those rumors could be false.
I checked out their website yesterday and was a bit surprised...

I'll have to keep my eye out for those and see if I can help the stupid company pick up!

Another really interesting giallo, and one I'd like to see in a yellow case - hopefully with the 'Shameless Fan Edition' treatment.

I'm not sure that I would be that willing to replace my NoShame version personally, but for those who haven't already got the DVD I suppose it would make a good choice.

Love me some Shameless Fan Edition. That would be a perfect package if that was to come out.

I'm a sucker for the double dip so I wouldn't really think twice about buying another version if there is the better AV quality, different extra features or artwork. Hell, I just bought another version of The Exorcist (the R1 theatrical cut) for the uncut Fear of God documentary! I hope the one they put on the Blu-ray release is anamorphic.

I have to admit that I'm not generally one for double dipping. If I have a version of a film on DVD that is of good quality, the only thing that would entice me to replace it would be if the newer release featured substantially superior image quality. And I'm not that bothered about special features usually.
