I'm not sure of the exact cost to have a film classified by the BBFC but I think it's around 1000. If cuts are requested and then made by the distributors the film is supposed to be checked by the BBFC though no further payment is necessary.

Seems unlikely there would be a pre cert of the above titled film since it came out after the introduction of the VRA.
