I'm not sure of the exact cost to have a film classified by the BBFC but I think it's around £1000. If cuts are requested and then made by the distributors the film is supposed to be checked by the BBFC though no further payment is necessary.

Seems unlikely there would be a pre cert of the above titled film since it came out after the introduction of the VRA.
