Will probably be an edited version.

Unsurprisingly, Redemption's release never happened but apparently AWE are going to release it in March.

It's on the main page of their site though there are no specs or anything listed yet.

The new French dvd of Vampire of the Opera has English subs as well!

Original French trailer is up!

L'ORGIE DES VAMPIRES | Artus Films

And

The Reincarnation of Isabel is coming to bd (Redemption/Kino)!

Wow, that Artus Films have some GREAT titles! I'll certainly nab L'Orgie Des Vampires.

Off Topic (sorry): Anyone know what their English friendly version of Freda's The Ghost is like?

Now there are. It's subtitled in the regular nordic languages, english and... dutch!
Another World Entertainment

The swedish release seem to only include the nordic subs thought but states Not Rated on the back.

Slightly better than the Retromedia dvd but from the same master it seems...they did try to rectify the squeezed picture on the Retromedia disc (one reel it seems)

It's interlaced though because of the ntsc-pal conversion.
Not really one of Artus better dvd's but considering the master available...

Probably best to go for the Retromedia dvd for now...until better materials are discovered.

Thanks, B.

Shameless had a look at this thread t'other day and asked me to let you know that they have no plans to buy any Renato Polselli films at the moment but they've not excluded it for the future so watch this space...

It's ok.

Vampire of the Opera is just released + upcoming:
Black Magic Rites (BD)

Seems only fair then ...

Reincarnation Of Isabel (1973)

In keeping with his other ... films, this is completely bloody bonkers cubed.

A party at a castle ends .... interestingly certainly
The jarring ST only adds to the mayhem. An odd, psychodelic ride that just keeps on coming at ya like cleopatra
Ahem. For once it lives up to the poster folks.
REWATCH!!!
