Pete, you edited your post.

It would have been a difficult thread to post in without the F word.

Would have to call it the Ulci thread.

hey Demdike, cool you like 'zombie 3' but 'flesheaters' is in a different league, I can't think of any other landrover based horror to recommend tho, heh heh, sorry bout that, but did you say 'zombie creeping flesh' is not a classic... surely you jest, the worst over-acting ever seen and a WTF storyline, but you must catch the uncut version with all the gore, the scene with the pussy cat alone almost makes it almost bearable, as for footy, if it ain't the blue and white of Reading F.C. it just ain't football, christ, just as long as nobody from Cardiff or Millwall is on here, but back to fulci, enjoy every moment as we ain't gonna get no more, i'm off to watch 'zombie 3' last watched it in 05.

Cool

Cheers 'Demdike' watched 'Zombie 3' late last night. It was better than I remember. Zombie-childbirth never a good idea.LOL. Hero type Deran Sarafian keeps popping up as a director on stateside t.v. "Crime Scene Investigation" for example. Fulci to Marg Helgenberger, cool.

The Fulci's I'd like to see get a UK release are Seven Notes In Black, Zombi, Conquest, New Gladiators and Devils Honey. The rest of his films have already got a decent worldwide release from Severin, Shriek Show, Arrow or Shameless.

The Ghosts Of Sodom really is a dire film, I've never been more disappointed with a purchase then when I bought that.

On another forum I go on someone started to criticize Fulci films with:

"Fulci smokes too much crack"

One of my all time fav critiques along with "Fulci, you crazy old bastard"

is it worth mentioning zombie 3 is only half directed by fulci?

The rest was finished up by the legend bruno mattei (and claudio fragrasso), director of my all time favourite double bill of movies ever put out by anyone ever...

Hell of the living dead/Rats night of terror... (which also partway explains my weird like of sodomas ghost) hotld.jpg

seriously check this double bill out!

Lovers of zombie 3 check out the shriekshow disc, or better yet the zombie pack box with 3,4 and 5 for all the dubious pleasures you could ever want.

zombiepack.jpg Zombie Pack [DVD] [Region 1] [US Import] [NTSC]: Amazon.co.uk: Lara Wendel: Film & TV

Zombie 3 is a special edition (unlike the vipco disc) with an audio commentary from Deran serafian and beatrice ring, Zombie 4 is a laugh but zombie 5 is total rubbish. Nontheless an enjoyable box.

oh an beatrice cenci fans looking for the film...

whipandthebody.jpg Whip & The Body / Conspiracy of Torture DVD 1963 Region 1 US Import NTSC: Amazon.co.uk: Christopher Lee, Tomas Milan, Dahliah Lavi: Film & TV

a fantastic print.

After seeing Conquest, they may have a point.

Isn't Duckling coming from Shameless..?
HARDGORE owned a few of his titles too, such as Aenigma, but since they (Screen Entertainment) are now part of Anchor Bay, I doubt this film will get a re-release
