Well I think Sony own the rights to Honeymoon Horror so I dunno what they're like to deal with?

The exchange is shocking (is it $1.35 now? I remember when it was over $2!), though I will say I've been buying more R2 product as a result of it. I've hardly imported at all.

So you have the rights to those three Post-Apocalyptic films and Footprints. Anything else or are you sworn to secrecy?

Honeymoon Horror:

One of the most entertaining slashers I've seen. And I've seen quite a few.

Would it be worthwhile selling these separately or as a combined 3 DVD Action Pack?

Well this is the thing - I can see both the merits of a cheap 'n' cheerful box set or single editions. I can't ever see a Shameless 2 along the lines of a 20 edition set like the original - I think little capsule collections would work better so say if we did these three as single editions the spines could build into one super-cool image (no ropey jiggly Shameless logo this time!)

Options, options...

If only new films looked that cool! I look at something like Tropic Thunder artwork and it's just a pale imitation.

Yeah, they don't make artwork like that anymore.Take a look at MGM's dvd covers.I hate the way they make new inferior art to try an appeal to joe public when I'd rather see the original artwork used to promote the films when they were first released.

So the question is what would tempt you to buy these titles again given the previous Vipco releases and other DVDs worldwide? These are films that have reverted to Shameless from Vipco so it makes sense to make use of them. If we can get these to work it'll be a useful argument for then investing in more
Escape From the Bronx would be a certain buy for me. I already have R1 releases of The Bronx Warriors and The New Barbarians.

I've also got the original pre-cert video of The New Barbarians somewhere in my film collection. It's one of my favorite Post Apocaylpse films.
