The print used by Vipco was cut. At least Zone Horror showed it intact. ZH also showed Toolbox Murders and Bloodsucking Freaks uncut. The latter would have BBFC problems if submitted. |

I know the Vipco edition was cut and i know the ZH version was uncut. ZH used the same horrible transfer.

Even if Vipco had released the same print shown by ZH they wouldn't have had too many complaints. Even today there hasn't been a legit DVD release of this anywhere.

I've only seen the cut version. I heard that it hasn't had a proper release because no one knows who owns the rights. |

Thats were i first saw BF and it was just awful and not in a shocking way. Just really bad. Eli Roth's Commentary on the US and Dutch discs is hilarious because he tries to make out director Joel Reid is some kind of genius director.

The cuts list is pretty huge and made the Vipco release absolutely worthless. Basically every gore scene was cut. The violence is graphic in an 80's kind of way and quite dated now, but it adds to the film's daft charm. I thought Bloodsucking Freaks was just ridiculous. |

Yeah it is pretty worthless but at least the hilarious sleeping bag murder was left intact (i think) |

Yes that was one of the few murder scenes left intact. |

Joel Reed's masterpiece was this...... Right up Shameless's street I'd say..... No chance of this one Almar? I must have a NIGHT OF.....fetish or something.
