You can get the German Marketing Films one fairly cheap now.

The demand has definitely grown. If Camera Obscura can sell 2000 copies of So Sweet So Dead at over £20 a pop, admittedly over time then there must be a decent enough market still.

Talking about Eyeball, I sold my first copy back in 2005/2006 on Ebay. One bid, £5. Also sold my ABUS Giallo collection and a few others that were on DVD at the time and barely got what I paid for them. The Shriek Show Solange only fetched a fiver too. I guess not that many people were interested then.

Last year I sold another copy of Eyeball for over £20 and Solange for £15.

The Dagored release of Crimes of the Black Cat is of woeful picture quality.

A restored remaster would be lovely as it has one of the best kills i've seen in a giallo.

Eyeball could do with a remastering,I've got both the Italian and German dvd's and they use the same master.

There is a new master of Crimes of the Black Cat.
There's a nice looking (non English friendly) Italian dvd of that one.

At the moment I'd love for Shameless to release anything that isn't a repackage of something they've already released. But an ideal release for me would undoubtedly be a Giallo. I haven't seen a lot of those listed, so I'd be pretty happy with anything there.

Yeah I've just watched it due to the recommendation on here: it's a waste of time.

Well, each to their own, but I rather like it.

Agreed. I really loved Deadly Sweet; the pop art visuals really made it for me. Dying to check out Death Laid an Egg and I actually didn't think the Dagored release of Crimes was that bad...at least I was able to watch it, y'know?

Same with the Substance release of What the Peeper Saw (which I LOVED); every review lamented the cuts and whatnot, but my disc totally had both the Peeper and uncut Night Hair Child versions.
