Yes as far as sexual violence is concerned I don't think the film is quite up there with I Spit on Your Grave although the genital mutilation will have problems for years to come. It comes as no surprise that I did not like the film but it is an improvement on Ferox at least.

Interestingly Mark Kermode, who was so opposed to the banning of the Exorcist and the cutting of Last House on the Left supports the cutting of animal cruelty in films.
