Woah that is a very long list & I've only seen about a dozen of them! *shock horror*
I voted Vault of Horror, which, although I haven't seen for a long time, I remember enjoying, and it's got Doctor Who in it! I love the other anthologies from that time too, House that Dripped Blood, Asylum etc.
