I'm sure Reaper will clarify but if I'm not mistaken I believe it's Halloween (the first one) the extended television version. I have it as disc 2 on the version with the holo-cover but I'm pretty sure that's the stand alone cover. The H6 Producers cut cover is very similar to the normal H6 cover except it's grey and has Kara Strode reflected in Michael's knife. Hope this was helpful.
