 Old Memories Die Hard
When it was originally submitted it was slaughtered by the BBFC, they liked nothing about it, the theme, the nudity but most of all...the crossbow!
Back in the day the BBFC had a particular hatred for scenes involving a crossbow (cue Brenda and her weapon of choice)
I know it's been many years since it's initital submission, but the BBFC hardly change their staff, so this one is really going to test the 'new leniency'
I pray that they pass as 18 uncut but I have my reservations
The U.S congress refer to TCM as 'that chainsaw film'
Let's hope the BBFC don't see it as 'that rape and crossbow film' and bring out the scissors!
