What spelling mistake? I've just had a look at the cover and I can't see one.
In terms of the film, you're absolutely right as it is a complete hodgepodge of various different plot threads and nods to other horror films so anyone who (wrongly) thinks that Fulci's films lack a coherent narrative need only to look at this one for proof!
