I strongly suspect it's just down to HMV not updating their website. When the tin was first released I think HMV were the only ones to sell it for the first few months and so at that point it was an 'HMV exclusive' because you couldn't buy it anywhere else,
just like this version of Dawn of the Dead which they also haven't bothered to change.
