Don't let that worry you, it's just coward talk by the seller. He's clearly foreign and a crook but don't be intimidated by him at all. Oh and he can't tell ebay not to put on a negative comment, he's just playing you so you back down easy and give in. Just don't do anything to make the situation worse so for now might be best just to send back the DVD and try and get that refund. Once you get the refund make sure you put a negative comment and rating in. He can't delete it or stop it at all. It's his own fault.
