Just watched Tenebrae for the second time this week (the first time was with commentary) I think this might actually be my favourite Argento movie, an honour which previous went to Deep Red. There's just something about Tenebrae which I love so much, especially in terms of the setting and stark environments. The switcheroo is a little bit of a cheat but I don't mind that to be honest.
Plus, no matter how many times I watch it there's always that brief second at the end before the killer-reveal where I think Daria Nicolodi gets an axe in the back! Regardless of the memory of the final scream, I always forget about the policewoman and fall for it
