It will give you an error but just press the adress tab with your mouse and press enter...

As far as I´m concern the French blu-ray is region free, so Arrow´s version of Tenebre/Tenebrae is not the only blessing but you´re right when you say this release it´s decent because the real upgrade comes from the French blu-ray.
