It was clarified on Facebook that:

It's 10 times since the launch. 3) comments or critiques about these things are welcome, we like running competitions but the onus is on fun and you guys enjoying it because we want the PCBH forum to be a good place for you to visit and a busy forum provides that."
The (new) winner (and congrats to you by the way!) only posted three/four times since the competition was launched
Sorry, I'm not saying this to be awkward, it's just that competitions have rules for a reason.....
