It's actually about 7 minutes taking the PAL/NTSC speed into consideration. If the cut seen about everywhere but the US was on blu it's be 104 minutes compared to the US cut which is 97 minutes.
But... The US 97 minute cut is Peter Jackson's preferred cut, so since you got the US I Saw The Devil based on it being the directors preferred cut you should be all over the 97 minute version
