The night-time palette of rich blues make the wet-look of the camp seem full of detail, and Stallone doesn't try to make himself look 20, he's happy to look his age here. But it is without a doubt the most realistic, violent, brutal film of armed conflict you're likely to see(no A-Team sanitized gun play here) Bullet hits tear and rip thru flesh with abandon, and when Rambo grabs himself a .50 caliber machine gun, limbs and heads fly off in an almost mind numbing scene. And what can you say about a film where the head bad guy is played by a real rebel fighter, and is totally convincing playing someone he would despise in real life. Just a great send-off to the series. Never been a fan of 'Rocky' but kinda liked the 'Rambo' films so this was a joy, a real 5/5 from me. So get the box set in and watch em in order over a few days, you won't regret it.
Great summary! That's exactly how I feel about the fourth Rambo. One of the best action flicks ever.

Greetings!
