I wouldn't have thought so as a BD50 has a huge storage capacity and, even in its uncut form,
Cannibal Holocaust is 97 minutes long so you're probably looking at 180 minutes of the film (over two different cuts) along with the special features. Unless there were several DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 tracks on each version, that's well within the capabilities of a BD .
