Assault With A Deadly Weapon, aka
The Tough Ones, aka
Brutal Justice), starring Maurizio Merli, Arthur Kennedy, Ivan Rassimov, and Thomas Milian. That's what I call a cast!
This film from 1976 looks pretty neat!
