Agreed. Really disapointed. Also a bit let down that there was no commentary on the new re-edit. Surely this could have been possible when Deodato was supervising the HD transfer and colour balances, etc?
Was this just a case of there not being enough of the budget left? I think a commentary would have pushed sales considerably here and abroad and the very fact of this being a new cut would have given plently of content. If not a commentary maybe a text essay of Deodato's thoughts on the new cut, etc.
