These are some points I raised about casino Royale on Digital Spy:

Casino Royale is by far the worst.

It opens up with a needlessly black and white / pretentious opening sequence.

The opening credits look cheap and cheesy beyond belief and are coupled with an abysmal theme song.

The first quarter of the movie is taken up showing Bond chasing 2 or 3 people whom the viewer has not even been introduced to!

As such, the viewer couldn't care less about the chase scenes, because we don't even know who Bond is chasing!
The characters Bond chases aren't given any onscreen time before hand.

This is just one example of how the movie insists on it's self.

It's badly written. There's nothing to draw you in.

Then the rest of the movie is taken up with Bond in the boring casino. Which he leaves and go's back into so many times it's like an episode of Frasier or some other crap sitcom. I can just imagine the laugh track playing as Bond re-enters the casino, disappointing Le Chiffre yet again!

Much of it doesn't even make any sense.

Given the fact the chase scenes are in the first part of the movie, from a story writing point of view, it seems to be written the wrong way around!

Casino Royale is one of the few films I’ve had to force myself to sit through until the end. It's just so dull.

It's not a Bond film!
