I bought directly from Amazon... I think it´s too late for a refund or a replacement, I already opened the thing, can´t resist on Argento. I don´t seen to have any luck with the Arrow releases on Amazon... Until now I bought all the DVDS, and I´m only missing three blu-rays... Out of the bunch, only 5 or 6 arrived perfectly without any issue.
The true explanation is that when this was released, it wast the 30th Anniversary, now in 2011, it´s past that...
