I lnew Argento's GIALLO was going to be a disappointment, but I still bought the dvd and gave since liked it the more times I've seen it, but no great film nevertheless
as regards to the studio turning down Romero's verion of RE, I read in I think Fangoria, years ago now, that his screenplay was too violent and they wanted a watered down not so violent film with an R rating, hence Paul Worthless Shit Anderson's crap
