Yes, but
afaik, no 4.0 mix exists. It has at least not been on any DVD releases yet. There have only been a Dolby Digital 2.0 Dual Mono, Dolby Surround 2.0 and Dolby Digital 5.1 remix on the DVD releases. Hopefully Arrow Video can include all these in lossless quality. It would be interesting to compare them against each other.
