These are indeed the re-edited versions
on an even sadder note, I asked Eureka if we might see UK Lone Wolf & Cub BD's. The answer was..... no chance. They said that even if they sold as many as the dvds (which they wouldn't), they wouldn't recoup their money. Which implies that the dvd's didn't even break even. Boooooooo!
