I never had the aluminium case
I bought mine from Australia on subscription so I recieved 2 volumes per month. only THEN did they offer the complete collection IN THE TIN!!! I'm sure I read on the website that the tins wouldn't be available to buy on their own. I can remember being hacked off cos I really wanted one too.
But...each and every volume of mine was personally signed by Val Lehman, not sure if the complete set was like that.
It may be worth getting in touch with Shock direct tho, no harm in asking. And if they WILL sell you a replacement, pls let me know so I can grovel for one too!
