Demons and
Demons 2 haven't been released yet. Changes are normal and acceptable until the final release date.
I'm sure that Arrow would have loved to release both titles as region free Blu-rays - as quite a few US customers won't be able to buy the release now.
But this place is the wrong address for your complaints. If you want to bad-mouth somebody, talk to the licensor!*
