I believe the Brazilian
DW2 DVD is intact too and once again issued in widescreen without the trailer.
Regarding the U.S. and U.K. trimmed releases, ultimately i suppose it depends whether you want the film in it's cinema ratio or full-frame replete with the original theatrical preview.
