The obvious ones are holy grail and life of brian, but recently I discovered The rise and rise of michael rimmer after picking up the dvd in a local charity shop.

Peter cook is excellent and the film is still politically relevant today Very funny and also more than a little bit chilling at the same time.
Also bed sitting room (discussed quite a lot in the blu-ray threads) is well worth a look as well.
