Yes he directed Live Feed, which I haven't seen.
Gutterballs realy goes for the jugular in regards to its violence although it clearly is not meant to be taken very seriously (check out the mask the killer wears for a start). It even throws in a hardcore scene as well

Hanger sounds like it will be another extreme effort.
Gutterballs was screened at a film festival in London last year - quite possibly uncut.
