There was an unusual assortment of clips which did the job perfectly. At the moment, I can only remember two other ones: the 'Relinquishing Junk' scene from Trainspotting and the bit where Victor and his family go for a picnic/lightning experiment in Mary Shelley's Frankenstein.
My notes are upstairs, so I'll have a look and see what else was used to demonstrate camera movement, editing, décor, lighting, music, framing etc.
