I have returned mine to HMV for a full refund , very disappointed and in future I will only buy steelbooks from companies who invest a little money and care in quality control. Took me a while to get the card off because of the glue used. I was expecting the paint on the steelbook to come away with it! But I managed to get it off eventually, and also the glue with a little perseverence without leaving any marks at all. Hopefully Arrow are reading these comments and take note for future releases.
