Where's Officer Tuba? (1986)
Think a sort of remake of The Dead and The Deadly (1983) and you're halfway there.
The ghost story part is badly underdeveloped here though but the film makes up for it's lack of supernatural thrills with some excellent action sequences.
It's still ok (thanks to the action and the fun cop buddy interaction) but only of minor interest if you're looking for a HK horror.
