I found the sizes to be slightly smaller than normal, so I'd recommend getting a size up from what you actually are (although it depends on how you like your clothes to fit - I personally prefer my t-shirts a bit baggy!)
They all come with a simple iron-on print, and mine are all still okay -
Torso is getting a bit worn and some of the image has come away in places, though.
