Hmm. It's representative of SOME Troma but certainly, as you say, something like Combat Shock is totally different.
I know it's not Arrow but if you want some similiar Troma, go for The Toxic Avenger. And it's not Troma but a similiar Arrow title would be Street Trash - in fact it's a lot funnier than Class.
