Not as embarrasing as the puke thing, but when Chip & Pin first came in, a checkout guy in Fopp asked if I knew my pin number, and straight away I blurted it out loud to the many people at the checkout. He reacted in shock going 'no don't tell me!!! You have to put it into the keypad!' Left the shop feeling extremely foolish... shows how easily controlled I am
