From what I can gather, this new rating is wholly and soully for the film - there are no new extra features which has caused the BBFC to up the limit

The BBFC identified three issues where they felt that a 12 rating was more appropriate than a PG:

* The scene where Bond tears off a woman's bikini top and throttles her with it
* An aggressive use of the word 'bitch'
* The negative comic stereotyping of gay characters"
