Sorry for the late reply Gag, I've just noticed your post. IMO it comes down to a number of things: 1 - It's a Jess Franco pre-cert. 2 - It's one of the hardest video nasties to track down 3 - The amount of snides that are out there 4 - It's on the highly collectable Cinehollywood label.
I'm sure that there are far more informed members than myself who can give you more detail, as in all my years I have never seen one in the flesh and unless you know the minute detail of the tape/label and cover you could see yourself losing several hundreds of pounds on a worthless fake.
