I'm gobsmacked that this has sold out already.
What annoys me about all this scalping is that it is a self-fulfilling prophecy - the scalpers think "that's going to sell out fast so I better by 10 copies!" and hey-presto it sells out fast because the scalpers bought them all! I can't decide if it is idiotic or mercenary.
