Sorry,need to disagree on both counts there I've seen a lot worse than Amityville 3,and ROTLDG is hilariously bad,bad but laughable.

How about;
CAMP BLOOD
CAMP BLOOD 2
BRAIN FIX
INVASION OF THE BLOOD FARMERS?
