Hahahaha! Well....Dragon initially tried to sneak it out without letting MGM know and so renamed it as Burning Revenge thinking no-one would know. MGM did catch wind of it and Mikel ended up having to license it properly. I remember Mikel trying to sell copies 'out the back door' privately. I know, I was offered a copy for about £30, but declined.
So I imagine Raptor have simply reused/reissued this old release under this title.
