I saw an interesting indie drama calld Quid Pro Quo with Nick Stahl and Vera Farmiga a few years ago (just as I was about to write a sci-fi story about future black-market body-modding), about people fetishizing amputations / limb disfigurements. Farmiga's character in it is looking to remove one of her legs IIRC. It's worth a watch, a bit different from the usual Goth angle of body mod culture.
