Night Train Murders ~ thought the first half worked really well - I was impressed just how well the limitations of the train carriage setting worked in the films favour. The whole rapey/murder 'set piece' was memorably unpleasant and sleazy, and gave Last House on the Left a run for its money. A shame it fell apart in the second half, with a key departure from the Last House/Virgin Spring plot. Also, I found the trio of psychos a rather pale imitation of Krug & Co., and I was never convinced how the classy chick became part of their gang and stuck with them...
