Hello all,
Just thought I'd post my 2 cents worth regarding the defective disc exchange issue. When I ordered my blu ray of ZFE from amazon.uk back in January, I had no idea about the missing footage. I only found out about it a couple weeks ago, long after their 30 day exchange policy had expired. But I e-mailed their cust service dept, and within 24 hours I received a reply by them basically apologizing that I wasn't happy with my order and that they had promptly sent a replacement copy to me. On top of that I too was able to keep my original copy as the shipping costs of sending it back wouldn't make much sense. Very happy with their service!!
