Ok I'll start with
Payback (Mel Gibson's best movie for my money), which although uncut now, was originally cut by 5 seconds to get an 18 certificate for featuring some swishing and flicking of a butterfly knife. There's loads of similar examples but this always stood out as it got an 18 anyway.
